Job description
Dollar General in Kentucky is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, including staffing, ordering, merchandising and customer service. You will oversee daily open/close, cash control, and in-store safety.
You will recruit and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, monitor sales and inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws. Previous retail management experience preferred; bilingual a plus.
