Job description
Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor in Illinois to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage staffing, merchandising, and inventory processes while coaching associates to meet targets.
You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize scheduling, handle escalations, and implement efficient operations. A strong background in retail sales and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
