Job description
Hibbett is seeking a Store Manager in Brownsville, TX to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of sales associates and supervisors. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and customer service to ensure profitability and a positive customer experience.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3–5 years in customer service, and at least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
