Job description
Carter’s in Merced, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our team and represent the Carter’s brand for growing families. You’ll train and coach staff, welcome customers, and ensure product knowledge and friendly service on the sales floor.
You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team in a welcoming, inclusive environment with a focus on execution and KPI-driven results.
