Job description
Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Store Manager to lead a retail store and donation center, driving sales, staff development and operational efficiency. You will hire and onboard staff, supervise scheduling, manage budgets and payroll, ensure policy compliance, coordinate shipments, and maintain a positive customer experience while supporting Goodwill’s mission.
