Job description
Carter's in Troutdale, Oregon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, introduce baby essentials, help prep for the first day of school, and support the store team with your leadership.
You will coach staff, manage the sales floor, analyze KPIs, plan merchandising, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. A minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.
