Job description
Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train and develop leadership staff, monitor front-end, stockroom and sales floor activities, and ensure shifting merchandise to the floor promptly.
You will oversee scheduling, payroll administration, loss prevention, and customer service programs while maintaining brand standards and store presentation.
