Job description
Ross Stores is seeking a store leader to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise team members in our Champaign, IL location. In this role you will implement company policies, drive customer service excellence, and ensure store standards and best practices are consistently met.
You will learn all phases of store operations, lead in the absence of the Store Manager, and collaborate across departments to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver a top-notch shopping experience.
