Job description
Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Tamarac retail store. This role will oversee store operations, lead up to 30 staff, and ensure sales goals and policy compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years in retail (6 months in a supervisory role), and strong English (bilingual in English/Spanish preferred). The position is full time with day-to-day responsibilities focused on customer service, safety, and team leadership.
