Job description
Spirit Halloween is hiring a Store Manager in Kentucky to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store and drive sales and profitability. You will lead guest service, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the store.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation includes an hourly rate and eligibility for bonus programs.
