Job description
Miniso in Mehlville, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. You will coach a team, maintain visual standards, promote the membership program, and help manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
This role requires flexible scheduling, leadership experience, and the ability to relocate or support additional stores as needed.
