Job description
Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Ellensburg, WA store. This role provides direct supervision to retail supervisors and hourly team members who handle vault, registers, and cash activities, supporting daily operations, customer service, and a safe, productive work environment.
You will partner with the Store Manager to hit sales, staffing, and customer experience goals while upholding our mission and values.
