Goodwill Of Western & Northern Connecticut in Stamford, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a regular full-time position. The role oversees daily store operations and steps in for the Store Manager when needed.
You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, manage merchandise, donations, and sales records, and ensure policy compliance. The position requires leadership, strong customer service, and availability for day, evening, and weekend work.
