Job description
Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager for our Maple Valley, WA store. The role supervises retail staff, supports store operations, maintains POS and cash controls, and drives sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include inventory, payroll budgeting, staff onboarding, and maintaining compliance with company policies. A strong focus on safety, asset protection, and teamwork is required.
