Job description
Dollar General in Alabama is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee all store operations, including staffing, ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, and support. You will lead daily opening and closing, ensure proper staffing, monitor sales and inventory, and uphold cash handling and safety standards, while driving customer service and profitability.
You will recruit, train and evaluate employees, enforce company policies, and ensure adherence to federal and state laws.
