Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a store leader to oversee all aspects of store operations, driving sales, profitability and a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit, train and develop the leadership team, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates bring five or more years of retail store management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coach and develop staff. Evening and weekend availability is required.
