Job description
Curaleaf is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will drive revenue, supervise shifts, manage cash handling, and coach staff to meet financial targets while upholding brand standards.
Open availability is required, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights. Travel to other locations for training is expected (10–25%).
