Job description
Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead the team, and assist with hiring and development of store associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualified candidates bring 2–4 years of retail leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
