Job description
ALDI USA in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to supervise day-to-day store operations, manage schedules, and drive performance. You will develop action plans, train teammates, and uphold ALDI standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
The role is full-time with an average of 38 hours weekly and a starting wage of $25.00 per hour, with a wage increase to $26.00 in year two. Prior retail management experience preferred and strong teamwork is essential.
