Job description
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service at a busy GCNA store. You will manage inventory, control costs, coordinate with support areas, and travel to other GCNA locations as needed; coaching and performance reviews are part of the role.
This position starts at $47,000 per year with eligibility for a monthly bonus up to $1,000 based on performance;
