Job description

Evergreen Goodwill is looking for a Manager in Training to learn daily store operations, personnel management, financial reporting, rehabilitation functions, and inventory controls at the Seattle Dearborn location. The role reports to the Sr. Store Manager and supervises Assistant Managers and Supervisors.

Salary ranges from $68,000 to $70,000 per year, DOE; non-exempt position. This role emphasizes leadership, budget management, safety, and cross-department collaboration within a retail setting.
