Job description
Sur La Table in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team across all aspects of the store’s culinary experience. You will drive performance, deliver best-in-class guest service, mentor staff, and execute merchandising, marketing and engagement strategies to meet sales goals.
The role requires 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership and excellent communication. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a total workweek of roughly 46–48
