Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. You will establish and maintain Guest Services, control expenses, and lead retail staff in a seasonal environment.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and the ability to stand for long hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling is expected.
