Job description
Pacsun is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. You will own in-store presentation and operations while coaching the management and associate teams to align with PacSun's strategies and goals.
You will champion an exceptional customer experience, drive sales results, and manage inventory, visuals, and payroll to optimize profitability and shrinkage control.
