Job description
Rainbow USA in Tennessee is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead daily operations of a busy women’s apparel store. You will recruit, hire, and develop store associates, manage scheduling within payroll budgets, ensure excellent customer service, and maximize store volume in line with company goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining visual presentation, implementing loss prevention, and driving sales while controlling costs.
