Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Heath, OH to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, drive sales and profitability, and ensure outstanding guest service while controlling expenses.
This role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The position entails standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, plus pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
