Job description
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is hiring a Retail Store Manager for our Victorville thrift store. You will lead daily store operations, ensure strong customer service, manage staff, and drive sales while upholding program objectives and safety standards.
Applicants should have at least 3 years in retail management, a valid driver's license, and proven ability to supervise POS transactions, scheduling, and team performance.
