Sales Manager Overview
* Lead from the sales floor by actively selling, styling, and developing clientele
* Drive store sales and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
* Coach associates on selling, clienteling, styling, and wardrobing
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Create complete looks and provide personalized fashion recommendations
* Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused sales environment
Sales Manager Qualifications
* Proven success in fashion retail sales, luxury sales, or clienteling
* Strong ability to drive sales and build a loyal client base
* Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales team
* Confident styling and wardrobing clients
* Energetic, positive, and comfortable engaging customers on the sales floor
* Passion for fashion, trends, and designer brands
