Costellos Ace is seeking a dedicated Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Edgewater, MD. The SMIT will engage in daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and provides hands-on experience essential for effective store management.
