ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to run a store under hands-on leadership experience. You will manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working with associates in a fast-paced environment.
The program combines leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily store operations, including merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with earning potential $83,500–$106,500 in Year 1.
