Job description
Comcast in California is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead to drive high performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role oversees store operations, merchandising, and inventory control while partnering with the Store Manager on staffing and escalation resolution.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and a passion for coaching, CX, and data-driven improvements. Night/weekend availability is required.
