Job description
A retail pharmacy in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for an 8-week contract, with the potential for contract-to-hire based on fit and performance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead pharmacy operations, manage daily workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a supportive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Supervise prescription dispensing and patient counseling while upholding safety standards.
Collaborate with store management to optimize inventory and workflow.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in retail pharmacy practice.

Licensed and in good standing to practice pharmacy in Arizona.
