Job description
Thuma is seeking a Retail Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead in San Francisco to own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across Retail, Cafe, CX, and Supply Chain. You will build pipelines, partner with site leaders, and ensure a hospitality-minded candidate experience that reflects the brand.
You will leverage AI tools to speed sourcing and screening, forecast hiring needs with managers, and manage a large volume of openings with strong organization.
