Job description
Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise flow, and maintain promotional displays to maximize sales.
Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll/scheduling, loss prevention, and training Store Associates while ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.
