Job description
Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become a store functions expert and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will drive brand standards, assist onboarding, and coach staff to maintain a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.
