Job description
MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching, and driving store performance in New York/Greenville. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
You will promote the membership program, mentor trainees, manage inventory, and assist in recruitment while adhering to company policies. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.
