Miniso in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, coach team members, and maintain merchandising and service standards at the Wesley Chapel location.
You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, manage inventory, assist with recruiting and training, ensure loss prevention, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding company policies.
