Job description
Lacoste is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail store operations, work with the Store Manager to meet sales targets, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will help manage inventory, motivate a team of associates, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and presentation.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail management, strong leadership, and proficiency with retail software and MS Office. A related degree is preferred.
