Job description
Journeys in Paducah, KY is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, training, and daily store leadership to hit sales targets and protect assets. Location: Paducah, KY at Kentucky Oaks Mall.
You will train and coach a sales team, ensure policy compliance, run operations, and deliver a fun, full-service experience for customers. Candidates must be 18+, willing to work nights/weekends, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
