Job description
Cotopaxi is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Jackson, WY. This entry-level leadership role supports the Store Manager in building a high-performing team, driving daily operations, and delivering Cotopaxi’s adventures-for-good experience to guests.
You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach Guidess, manage schedules, and help cultivate a vibrant store culture that aligns with our mission-driven brand. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
