Job description
Sportsman’s Warehouse in Vernal, UT, is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Management Team and Outfitters across shifts. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, drive sales, and uphold safety and policy standards in a busy sporting goods environment.
The role emphasizes people leadership, training, customer service excellence, and adherence to firearm-related regulations. Previous retail team leadership in outdoor goods is preferred.
