Job description
Shoe Station is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and support the team. This full-time, on-site role involves acting as a key holder, leading by example, and driving a customer-first environment.
You will open/close the store, train staff, support sales goals, oversee cash handling, and participate in merchandising while maintaining loss prevention practices.
