Job description
Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Store Manager to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations across departments. You will mentor staff, drive sales, and ensure service is efficient and customer-focused, while upholding company standards and store appearance.
You will oversee staffing, training, discipline, and promotion decisions, manage P&L, shrink, and safety, and champion the Meijer Friendly Initiative in daily team meetings to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
