Job description
Belite Bio is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Kansas City area. You will drive launch readiness, educate the eye care community, and build strategic partnerships with retina specialists and other HCPs to accelerate adoption of our therapies.
The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech medical sales, ophthalmology experience preferred, and travel 20-60%. You will partner with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to optimize territory performance.
