nPosition Responsibilities:
nClient Engagement and Relationship Deepening
nnnServe as a vital member of our employee-channel, phone-based team, providing financial education, Investment guidance, and perform financial planning to existing IRA clients and referrals from other service centers.
n
nnRespond to inbound calls, assess client needs, and help clients make informed investment decisions.
n
nnQuickly analyze each client's circumstances, present relevant options, and provide a high-quality service experience.
n
nnEducate clients on retirement and investment concepts and identify opportunities to deepen relationships and gather additional assets.
n
nnAchieve monthly productivity targets, including timely follow-up on sales leads and client opportunities.
n
n nPractice Management and Professional Development
nnnStay informed about market trends, retirement regulations, economic indicators, and financial planning topics.
n
nnMaintain detailed knowledge of the range of Manulife John Hancock Wealth offerings and solutions available to clients.
n
nnParticipate in training and coaching programs designed to strengthen skills and create opportunities for advancement.
n
nnShare successful client engagement practices and ideas for continuous improvement within the team.
n
n nRequired Qualifications:
nnFINRA SIE and Series 7, 63. 65 licenses required within 90 days of being hired.
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnBachelor's degree preferred.
n
nn5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in phone-based and/or sales roles.
n
nnCRPC designation a plus.

nSalary range is expected to be between
n$59,000.00 USD - $98,300.00 USD
nEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
