Overview
Revenue & Partnerships Coordinator — Independent Contractor – 30-Day Trial
Synergized Coaching Solutions (on behalf of a client organization)
Brooklyn, NY | Hybrid (at least 2 in-person visits required weekly)
Responsibilities
Build relationships with community organizations, nonprofits, and employer groups
Secure sponsorships, collaborations, and revenue opportunities
Conduct structured outreach and maintain organized tracking
Support community events and partnership activations
Provide weekly updates and attend leadership check-ins
30-Day Trial Deliverables
Outreach to 75 organizations
6 partnership meetings scheduled
2 sponsorship/revenue opportunities initiated
Weekly progress updates
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator
Professional and detail-oriented
Experience in partnerships, outreach, community engagement, or business development
Reliable follow-through and independent work ethic
Compensation & Contract
Compensation: $800 (30-day trial) → $1,200/month + commissions
Contract Type: 1099 Contractor
