Job description
Yuma Regional Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Director to lead the Patient Financial Services and Patient Access departments, driving fiscal performance and service quality in the Revenue Cycle.
You will guide budgeting, staff development, and process improvements for CMS-compliant operations, reporting to the VP Revenue Cycle, and ensuring patient financial counseling and timely denials management.
