About the Role:
nAs a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes. Be part of a dedicated team that ensures our patients receive the best care while maintaining a streamlined revenue cycle.
nResponsibilities:
nManage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment.
nEnsure accurate billing and coding for consultations and oral surgeries.
nCollaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
nReview and analyze claims to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
nMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
nProvide excellent customer service to patients regarding their billing inquiries.
nGenerate financial reports to track the performance of the revenue cycle.
nStay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations.
nRequirements:
nProven experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
nStrong knowledge of dental coding and billing procedures.
nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
nAbility to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
nProficiency in DSN Cloud and Google Suite.
nHigh school diploma required;..
nPositive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
