Job description
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have full revenue cycle experience, with a strong focus on denial management and medical billing. This role requires excellent research skills, the ability to handle high-volume denials, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Must-haves:
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of medical billing experience to include payment posting, denial resolution, appeal submissions
Proficient in Excel, specifically: PivotTables, data clean-up and working with live formulas
Must be able to research denials and working claims backwards
Experience with SharePoint and E-commerce platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
