Job description
William Newton Hospitals seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the entire revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, coding, claims, denials management, accounts receivable, and payer relations.
The role drives revenue growth, improves collections, reduces denials, and ensures compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, VA, and other programs while building a resilient team and partnering with executive leadership.
